Joey handpicked her favorites on the always-evolving menu and placed a Joey's badge on them so you can try what a picky eater eats! Based on the menu of cult Cebuano brand Pasta Bella, fans of the under-the-radar restaurant will be happy to know it now has a new home in Mactan.
